Whilst I was involved in all aspects of care during my 15 years as a Registered General Nurse - a considerable amount of my time was dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of Older People. When I left the profession (to start this business) I was a Nursing Sister at The Alexandra Hospital, Redditch. My intention from the outset was to provide a standard of care that I would expect to be provided to one of my own loved ones. Personally Selecting & Supporting My Management Team Ensures that: "My Standards Are Always Met".

I am a retired Police Sergeant, having completed 30 Years Service. Whilst I worked in many aspects of the job (Uniform, CID, Media, Licensing), I spent most of my time in charge of a Local Community Police Station in Redditch.This has given me great insight into dealing with vulnerable adults & safeguarding issues.I have transferred My Police Experience & Training into forming the structure of the business(Clear Line Management, Personal Accountability, Effective Communication, Staff Welfare & Support).I was also proud to serve on The Worcestershire Adults Safeguarding Board.
