On 24th September 2025 we had the pleasure of inviting Anthony from Insight Care Training into the office to complete a Mental Health Awareness Training course with our wonderful carers and management team π
The course covered:
- What is meant by mental health
- Common mental illnesses
- The importance of empathy when communicating with a person experiencing mental ill-health
- Stigma and the effect it has on mental health
- Support for people experiencing mental ill-health
- The benefits of a positive mental health culture.
The team said they found the course engaging, informative and powerful π
