We offer fully funded induction training in which you will receive support from a mentor and a well-structured probation period to ensure that you feel comfortable before you begin your work within the community. A range of training and personal development opportunities will be available to you within your role so you will feel encouraged to gain new achievements.
You have the opportunity to design your own working hours as we have work available in the mornings, at lunch time, tea times and in the evening during both the week and the weekend.
We are looking for caring and committed individuals who will become part of the team so that we can deliver high quality care to a range of people in their own homes across Redditch.
Person Requirements
UK Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (this is preferred but we can accommodate those who are able to walk/cycle or use public transport)
Caring Individuals who are eager to learn
No previous experience or qualifications required
DBS required, this can be applied for once you begin your training if you require us to do so
Ability to commit to work a set part of a weekend on a pro-rota basis, this will be explained to you during your interview
Salary Details
Our rates of pay are competitive and we provide our staff with petrol contributions and paid travel time.
Following successful completion of your probation period and training you will receive an increase in your pay rate.
There is enhanced Weekend and Bank Holiday rates
