An Introduction to Old Friends Care

Established in 1994, Old Friends Care are a family-run business operating in Redditch. Old Friends Care have adopted the same standard and approach to care for over 25 years, with a focus on delivering quality services tailored to every individual.
We provide domiciliary care to a diverse range of adults across Redditch and the surrounding areas. Our ultimate goal is to maintain an individual’s ability to remain in their own home and we believe that they best way to do this is to promote your independence. We know how important it can be to enable individuals to stay at home despite the fact that they may require additional support with daily tasks, and this is why we are passionate about upholding dignity and autonomy.
We make a promise to every single one of our Service Users to provide them with the highest standard of care, respect, sensitivity and confidentiality. We appreciate how daunting it can be to accept additional support or to agree for Carers to enter your home in order to help you and this is why we adopt the values we do. Every Service User is treated like a member of our community, we welcome everyone with open arms and our wonderful Management Team are here to help ease you into your care package. The bespoke nature of our care packages enables us to tailor our care to suit you, your needs, your preferences and your lifestyle.
